Five documents written in the same voice as the rest of the site: short, with no "parties hereto" and no "in accordance with applicable legislation". They describe what actually happens — including what the world deliberately refuses to do.
- Terms of useThe contract between you and Everdawn: what the pass actually sells, what the world deliberately does not do, and what happens when something goes wrong.
- Privacy policyWhat we know about you, where it comes from, what it is for and how long it stays. The list is short on purpose: we do not collect what access to the server does not need.
- Refunds and cancellationCancel whenever you like, on your own. Fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason, in any country. The days already lived in the world are deducted pro rata.
- Cookie policyTwo cookies, both our own, none of them advertising. That is why there is no consent banner here — there is nothing to ask about.
- Community rulesInside the world you are judged by the world's court. These rules are about the rest: what is not part of the game — real harm to people, and attacks on the server.
