The flashlight is gone from the pack. Its author allows it only where it is published, and it is not published on CurseForge, so it kept the pack out of the CurseForge app.
If your launcher updates the pack by itself, there is nothing to do: the mod is removed at your next start or join.
A flashlight or a battery you were carrying disappears with the mod. Flares and a torch in the hand still light the way.
